Doesn't stop at the number of submissions per day

I made GSA stop at 300 submissions per day - pause the project after 300 submissions reached in a day. And yet it continued on.

I didn't tick "Per url".

I'm not using Search Engines or global lists but I imported URLs.

Am I doing anything wrong? Is something overriding my "pause" options?

    Answered so many times...What you you see in log? Usually the counters for submitted next to the project column is counting every submission, even thouse where no URL was involved, but the important one only countrs the one where an URL was submitted.
