user agent footprint querstion

I am going thru my footprints and sorting the ones for the platforms I use and those that I dont. For the one marked [Fake UserAgent] footprints is this used for the referrer option in gsa?

I have a text file with footprints to use to harvest new targets, and one was labeled as that and I wasnt sure what it would be scraping for. Is fake user agent stuff used for anything other than the referrer option in gsa?

They come from fake user agent engine and will place a anchor in the user agent in the hope that the user agent string is displayed (without removing html).
