Scheduler Not Working?

I'm a bit confused .... When I set the time for first post to 10,000 minutes and then import a verified list of Drupal sites I see many of them posting right away? Can someone explain what's going on. Thanks

Well on an import the program does not really know when the last post was if there is no data present. I guess that might be the problem here.
