Hi Sven, GSA Search Engine Ranker having many feature for link building but not having to manage emails ids. I think every GSA link builder have using many email ids to use in GSA so everyone confused to this mail id used by this platform or not.

When we start to set a project in GSA we need a email id must in that time we are using a one mail id for particular modules (platforms) next time we forget this mail id used for this platform or not. Sometimes we used same mail ids again for same platforms that time we are getting low outputs because of using already used mail ids. 

So we need a monitoring option for managing email ids. So add a option to Automatically choose email ids from list which one is not used for that platform.

Add a features like this:-

*Add Features likes to Add Bulk email ids to GSA email manager after this will maintain all mail ids which platforms are used by this mail id and which platforms are not used. When we run a project GSA need to take email ids automatically which mail id not used by selected platforms.

By adding this feature we can get maximum outputs,prevent email spam,reduce buying email ids,we can use all mail ids for all platforms,no need to put email ids every time we create a new project and etc.

Thats way to complicated in my eyes. That matrix would grow too big as so many engines require an email already.

I use one email per project and then either delete it from my spreadsheet or mark it with which campaign I used it for...Why do you need so many emails for one campaign?

This feature not for a particular project we creat i requested to add this feature for to manage mail ids for all projects in GSA. Why we need to mark in spreadsheet which is used for this modules.? Sometimes we use one mail id for some of modules after that we forget to use same mail id for another some different modules but still that mail id can we use it for another some modules.! So i requested to add this feature......

Maybe I don't understand...why not just use the same email account for every module?

I would suggest similar feature - create common email address storage and take email addresses from there once software need any. It is quite tiresome to add emails to every single project manually.

There could also be an indicator in the toolbar indicating that software is running low on email addresses  as well.
