Auto create a blacklist of sites deleting submissions / failiing re-verification
Some sites - incl wiki sites - accept submissions but delete the submissions within hours or days after submission.
To avoid re-submitting new articles to such sites, it might be helpful to auto-create a blacklist based on failed RE-verifications
then add a feature to manually compare the global site list AND / OR imported new target URLs with that blacklist to remove all previously failed domains BEFORE new targets are processed for submissions
the end goal is to avoid waste of resources as well as the creation of a global sitelist with sites permanently accepting / keeping submitted articles vs currently often only temporary short time BLs
