Simple question regarding article manager

I was just wondering if the article manager if I put multiple Articles does it switch article to article and not use the same one or does it still use the same one?

It has options at the bottom of article manager. You see the checkbox "Do not submit duplicate articles". If you click the words next to it that says "per account" you can switch it to other options.
