is the .prj file the only one required for making porjects manually?

i want to make a bot so i can streamline making lots of projects. i was looking at the prj files and it seems everyhting is in there. ive heard speak of using macros but i could do wihtout that and just make .prj fioles is this correct? and nothing else is needed? if so what else?

Well almost all data is in there. In latest versions you have a new file called *.articles.
