easiest way to use 50% root and 50% inner pages?

Is there a check box somewhere Im missing or some other way that I can load a main homempage root url and link to that half the time, and then upload all my inner pages and link to them the other half?

The only way I see to do it now is to upload all my inner pages along with my homepage mixed in there twice as many times as the total of inner pages.

I've not seen such a feature, but would be really handy if @sven could add a 'Secondary Url' field to achieve what you mention, and perhaps also with an option to automatically insert a quantity (that the user can choose) of secondary urls  into the same article with the main url.
