Pasuse Verification Bug or am i doing wrong?

I have set it to pause every 6 -7 verification but even it verify 30+ Am i doing something wrong ...also After i checked in I need PR PAGE BACKLINKS (3+ PR) It still submit to domain PR not Page PR ( i have selected Page PR and not Subdomain)  anyone can help

Even if it stops building new links, it still verified all existing links and of course it might go over the limit than as more and more links get verified. I hope that explains it.
