Video submission makes just profiles

I thought SER will upload my video and share it. But it just creates profiles like this: http://xantin.spb.ru/video/uprofile.php?UID=14886

Is there chance to make this template to work like that.?

It's been this way the whole time that I've used it.

Just one engine submits your video for now (ClipBucket). Though feel free to extend the script to also submit a video. 

It doesn't upload a video.

It does two types of submissions, one is a blog article, the other a video submission. Not every sites supports both.

but all have video tab and all provide upload, so I received 390 verified links and non got video.

Well try running it in debug mode to see why it is not uploading the video, I can't tell really. For most people the blog submission on that platform is more important anyway.
