Installing on server error message

I am getting this popup window:

Setup IPersistFile::Save Failed Code 0x80070005
Access is denied

Sven, Can you help with this?

I did an install and and data transfer badly, and uninstalled the software.

    Yes. During install

    Than I don't know. We use inno setup and thats one of the major installers today. It must be something on the system (maybe a anti virus program).
