IP blocked on google

Hi, I understand that I need to use proxies to keep GSA scraping google but even so I still seem to get the msg "Your IP is blocked on Google".

I have loaded my private proxies into GSA and then I ran the checker to verify that they work on Google, It comes back all green and successful. Am I missing something? (Scrapebox is telling me the same thing)

    either:

    a) select more Search Engines / less Google ones
    b) buy more proxies
    c) make sure the option to search "in quotes" is unchecked
    d) post on my thread asking Sven to add google's captcha prompts to SER so we can enter them and not get banned so quickly.
  • ok thanks, but I still dont understand why GSA + Scrapebox mark my proxies as OK for Google. Do they not check if you can actually search?

I don't think they do, no. You can ask @Sven to be sure, but I believe they just go to Google.com they don't actually try performing a search, which is where the block is. I think.

Also I forgot an option above.

    e) Increase search delay to at least 60s. I go for 90s.
