Verification (email) Proxy Binding

As I understand it a lot of verifications are done through emails, however logging into an email from lots of different IP addresses eventually causes them to be banned. If we could bind an IP address or a proxy to an email address then it should reduce the banning.

I hope I've got that right, if not please let me know what I've got wrong so I can correct it.

    Well usually people don't use proxies at all for email checking. Do you use that?

    I use my private proxies to create emails too, however logging onto 100s of emails all from 1 IP address seems to get them banned quite fast hence why I'd like to bind them.
