@theorbital - This appears to be a very old post and I assume this issue was fixed a long time ago. Under Options > Captcha, you'll see 'BanditIM' at the bottom where it talks about text captcha. Input your API key there and press Test and it should all be ready to go . Let me know if you still see this message though as we would need Sven to look into it more if that's the case. Thanks pal!
@theorbital - Not good at all then. @Sven needs to look into this so as many text captcha questions are getting sent to us as possible. You are paying for unlimited captchas afterall
I'm having the same problem. When testing I'm getting "Working correctly" but a lot of times SER gives me that message when submitting "text captcha found and skipped"
@theorbital and @Sven - We've looked through the logs and nothing shows any problems with our servers. Also, when I click Test I get 'Working Correctly'. That error message isn't something we send, all our messages back brackets {} with them, so I'm not sure what might be happening . I think this is different than the error people are having troubles with though, skipping a text captcha should never happen if you have our API key in.
@banditim and @sven - I am now getting "working correctly" when I test. I have set up to log to file so I can see if it is still skipping text captchas.
@theorbital - It appears in that screenshot with Unknown Error that you didn't input a key, which would definitely explain the reason GSA gave that error to you.
Gotcha @theorbital, we're double checking into every possible scenario that could cause this, but I'm concerned it's just a fluke with GSA or your VPS connection or something out of our control. I'll look regardless
