Only appears to be scraping

in GSA Search Engine Ranker
For some reason it keeps only trying to scrape blogs. I started last week. ran great for a day or 2. now it only is showing "possible new target urls from general blog"

How do i get it to start submitting again?

    Do you have search engines selected in your project? If you haven't built up your global site lists yet maybe disable that option for that project and see if its starts scraping/submitting again.
