Public proxies function seem like they aren't working well.
About 10 or so GSA versions back I'd set my parameters for getting public proxies and would never come close to running out. Now lately after five hours or so I'm down to 45-50 proxies down from 1400-1500 or so when starting. Is it that the sources (same settings as always, nothing's changed) of public proxies have gone sour or is there a bug or some sort? What's going on with the public proxies and if it is the sources, what sources are you guys finding success with?
