.ser editor

i was trying to open a .ser file with a txt editor to create new project files this way on my local pc, but they seemed to be all encoded, so ... is there a way to edit/ create new project files, with a external editor, for me the connection to my vps is just too slow,

i first considered bying another SER for the local pc here, but then i calculated together how much i spend overall in the past 3 weeks for all that blackhat stuff, and thought it would be wiser to wait a bit :D

although, from all progies, tools i bought GSA is by far the best

    ... i just would hurt my - schwaebisches gedankengut - to have such a nice piece of software lying around and using it only for editing project files

    *.ser files are normal zip files. Rename them and you can unpack them.
