Advice for new google updates

ALL, I repeat ALL my sites have dropped from top 3 (multiple keywords) to page 4-8.

My inbound leads have plummeted.

Any advice on recovering?  Id almost be interested in a profit-share with someone who can help me rebuild.  

This was penguin  2.1 from the timing
