How To Translate Articles with GSA to Any Other Language like German Article?

Does GSA does this? Translate a article to another country language without being just german? Like using google translator?

    Ok checked it, I inserted, does it automatically translate the text based on a country that GSA is posting? And it says insert your text here, do I have to insert the text there or automatically gsa does that, I already have an article so it looked like.
