Full indexer mode - is it too much?

Sorry if you find the question is dumb. 

I have seen that GSA full indexer generated around 300 dofollow links in few minutes in Full indexer mode. 

Is it not too much at once?

(and yes i know there is a custom mode :)

    It's not too much in my eyes. That are links that are not visible for long. They are only good for search engines to make them index your sites quicker.
