Just 10 submissions with GSA SER?

Hello there, so I was using GSA filter and I did, skip 100+ links and pr below 2 

It´s saying there is no more targets, after about 10 submissions is it because the filters? I am using GSA for T2 

If I do a lot of pr 0, pr 1 won´t it " kill" the t1 links value
