Do you use domain name / generic / LSI keywords on T2 ?

in GSA Search Engine Ranker
I have Web 2.0s (ex Rankwyz) linking to my money site with lots of varied / generic link text. Would you do the same for the GSA tier 2's (both HQ's and KS) which are linking to the Web2.0s or would you just blast the GSA links (i.e. the tier 2's) with your money keywords ??
