How to move to another project (tier) for specific time?

Hi members, need some little help here.

I have tier project for my campaign. The tier 1 project, I set it for "stop after XYZ verifications reach in a day. Do I need check the "per URL" box too for tier 1? And, is it possible to move to my tier 2 project after my tier 1 project finish the verification automatically? How can I do that?

    1) The per URL box is there if you want the project to stop after XYZ verification's for each URL. So if you're promoting 3 URLS and you want each one to at least receive 20 verified links, you would check that option.

    2) You can just turn on your tier 2 project and it should start working after verified links from tier 1 start coming through.
