Question about new 'Do not duplicate' article Manager option

Hi @Sven I have noticed this new feature which looks promising. However I have 2 questions. Does it apply if:
1) We use character spinning? EG if I set to 1% it will be 1% different in every case, so does this not count as 'duplicate' ?
2) Does it include spintax already added to the article? EG If we have {We've|We have} then does this not count as 100% duplicate of the other articles?

No, the article taken before all modifications is used as reference. Meaning char spin, word spin, and whatever modification is done after it is still the same article to SER.
I use Spinner Rewriter API...Even Its wrong (just said i put wrong API credentials )it still spinning by using free spinner. How do i exactly know it uses Spinner Rewriter API .
Coz daybefore yesterday my spinner 100 limit exceeted ( i found that notation from another tool) but GSA SER still spinned then i realized it use free spinner not Spinner rewriter ..Better if theres a eact function to choose instead of just spinning
Like what we do with Captchas (drop menu or somthing like that) then it use for rest of the software.
