Project not pausing?

I have set "Pause the project after 10 +- 10 submissions reached in a day"

But it's at 50 submissions now and still going, the project has become highlighted green, I'm not sure what that means.

But why did it not stop at max 20 submissions? Any idea why it's still submitting after 50?

Yesterday the submissions in a day setting was honored fine.

P.S. I am submitting with only "articles" selected now
