How to place links in article?

It does not matter if I fill out the keywords or anchor text, but only about 20% of the test articles contains a link. Even though they keyword is present in the article and I have also marked the "Automatically insert your url at the bottom..."

The insert 1-2 random url's is also checked but no random url's ever appear.

I have tried checking the domain as anchor text and generic anchor text, but this is never placed in the article either.

What is it that I am missing?

    I don't know, maybe you used the "No link in first post" option?

    I have had 2 sets of eyes looking at this and neither is seeing the "no link in first post" option.

    edit project->options->scheduled posting->Post first article without links
