diigo PR uknown

Hi GSA Team,

GSA SER returned "diigo.com" as "PR unknown". It should be PR7. I am using and checked my proxies as private. I am only submitting to Social Bookmark engine, my settings is "skipped sites with a PR below 0".

than your ip/proxy might be banned on google pr checking.
