How should I save old projects for auto approve lists while also deleting form projects window?

If i want to keep the projects window tidy what should i do to keep the lists while deleting the projects to keep things uncluttered?

Ie to keep the succeses for a quick run submit list, forgot the term you guys call it but i guess you get the idea.

First back it up, then delete it. When you want to run it again, simple restore that backup.

cheers, can i merge them all together in scrapebox and run the whole list after dedupe?
