Article backlinks building slow

Hey

I'm trying to build Wiki-articles/Social Bookmarks/Web2.0/Articles but I'm getting very few results.

I only go for PR1+ 100 OBL and I get around 5-10 verified per day.

I'm using 10 dedicated private proxies / 50 threads / 120 timeout / using hotmail and all junk sent to inbox

Building more spammy links works just fine. Any ideas?
