New E-mail Notification

I may have posted this before, but it's not here now.

When I create a new project, or duplicate a project, can you flash a message or lock the project until I add a new e-mail account?

I constantly forget to do it, and it's killing me.

Or, when the account is created, it goes immediately to the e-mail verification screen.

Well using the same email is not a problem so I don't see a reason to put out another warning.

I was under the impression that new projects required new email accounts to avoid conflicts if projects post to the same domain. If I can use the same email account, great.

Well next version will improve this even more but even current one should not make trouble.
