Named anchors in links

Hi,

If anyone please knows the answer to the following question - 

How to post links with named anchors, e.x. https://forum.gsa-online.de/#Anchor1, so that on page where link is posted it is

<a href="https://forum.gsa-online.de/#Anchor1">Anchor1</a>

The problem is that GSA Ranker cuts out the keyword after hash tag and doesn't allow url to contain one. I tried using %23 but it didn't work, the resulting page is not found, you have to use hashtag to reference a block on page.

Sorry but thats not supported. If you use that however in the article, you can use it hardcoded with <a href="%url%#tag">...</a>
