Hi,

Is there a way in GSA proxy scraper that it scrape proxies and disable low speed proxies automatically, lets say < 3 sec?

that might be difficult to do automatically
because
1 sec or 20 sec proxy depends ALONE above all on your connection load
if your SER very active even a 0.5 sec proxy may test 10-30 seconds and fail the anonymous test due to time out

you can do above manually
to have exact times for your proxy and un-select slow ones <1 or <2  etc
you may have to do at least 2 checks on slow ones before deleting slow proxy
then manually deselect based on time = that exists already

for a few weeks until yesterday I did such multiple times per day after getting fresh fast public proxies
however each time I had to stop all www activity to get reliable results
testing proxy alive is OK to do on busy line if in advance you know proxy fast

if you test on free line
and sort by speed
then take the slowest 10 and retest again against G
you may see some (may be half) being fast second test
G faster than bing
anonymous test always adds 10-40 seconds to actual speed

unless you are on a VPS
the same may apply to most (all?) users testing proxy

may be sven has a magic auto- solution
but the technical problems are the same all over the world
