(General question) - Submitting fresh domain for being indexed?

So I've just started a new niche site yesterday. I added it to my hosting account since around 10 days now and meanwhile in that time Google indexed it as just blank page.

So should I submit my URL (money site) to lindexed for faster recrawling or such? I did that to all my previous niche sites, but I fear if that did lead to slap or what? So I thought I'd ask this time first. Better be safe than sorry.

I also am not in favor of adding it to Google's addurl for obvious reasons. Using as less services as much possible which are related to Google.

Or should I just wait for Google to recrawl it naturally using the link building that I'm running currently?

What would you say @ron ?

    If you start link building to this site - then this is the best way to index it, use index services for links you are building and google will crawl your money site in no time, and it's more safe also
