When i just click No to GSa out of memory box it carries on fine, any problem with this?

So i am still getting the out of memory box every morning when i come to my vps but in the background it still seems to be running fine then i just click no to get rid of the box and it seems to carry on like nothing happened. is there any issue with this?

Yes, as you never know at what point it was unable to allocate enough memory and what function failed.
