how do i prevent 'out of memory' error?

i read a thread on it recently but it didnt offer an answer.

i wasnt getting it till i took threads up to 50.
i took them down to 20 but today it happend again.

i only have 3 projects going.

2 gig of ram on my vps.

does restarting the vps help?

anyhting else to do to prevent it? or jsut keep threads lower and lower ?

    I keep getting this over and over and over.  and My memory usage is only at like 890mb  Not even close to the 3g limit. :/

    @PeterParker depends on too many things here. Provide a full project backup and I might help.

    i think threre is a small bug in the version 6.64. my threads are going crazy....

    @Sven sorry about that.  You are just so good that by the time I get everything together you usually have it fixed. :)

    Yeah I think there might be a bug as well. Never received this error before and threads usually say stuff like -200 to -2000

    hmm you are right, found a bug here due to the improved link searcher. Will release a new version in a minute.
