What's the difference between "Search Online For URL's" and "Search online for site lists"

I've searched the forum for an answer but I didn't find anything. We have in SER>Options>Tools> "Search Online For URL's" and "Search online for site lists" options.
I've tested both, but I don't see any difference. Can anyone explain what's the difference between  "Search Online For URL's" and "Search online for site lists"?
