Random number of links per URL - how is it done?

"Pause the project after XX +/- YY verifications reached in a day per URL". Is the value between XX - YY and XX + YY randomized per each URL or per whole project? Eg. if I have 20 +/- 10 and GSA decides to do 25 today - will it create 25 per each URL or 25 per one URL and then randomize again for next URL?

    It will only do it per URL if you choose that option ;)
