Site Wide Links Through GSA?

Thank you all for the solid method and tips shared on this forum. I have a question, I set my Tier 1 to build 5 verified contextual links to my site everyday but when i checked my backlink profile through AHREF I found that some of the site that builds backlinks to my site through GSA are built on site that use sidewide links. Does anyone know which site are responsible for this sitewide links.

These are the platform I selected in GSA for submission.
