how do i get gsa to auto recheck proxies?

I know there is that option in the 'options' tab but that is to search for new proxies on the net rather than recheck existing ones in your list.

So how can i get it to recheck the existing ones in the list?

If you uncheck all proxy providers, it would not find any proxies nor search for it and just check things.
