How to make a High Quality List for GSA?

Hello there guys, I am about to run GSA for about 1 month on a VPS just for scraping lists etc

How do I get a good list with a lots of PR websites?

Something I would like to ask, how do you only get links that GSA Captcha Breaker will solve?

I want a list that will be able to be used for any keywords for blasting tier 2 or even tier 1 and direct linking
