How would you test a tier 1 campaign to make sure everything was set up properly? Would you make a limited run and point them somewhere else?

    Yes, as you say, I would normally just point them at facebook.com, twitter.com, bbc.co.uk or some other bullet proof domain.

    ^^Exactly. I point them at Bing because I hate Google, lol.
