What type of proxies to use?

I have problem with GSA Search engine ranker when running a project i am getting an error very frequently  that my IP is blocked in Google.
I am using ipfreelyproxies semi-decicated ones.

Which is better for Search engine ranker?

    Dedicated should theoretically be better, as supposedly you are the only one using them. But comments on the forum seem to show that shared proxies are fine. To get round the IP block you can up your waiting time between searches, and of course use more proxies.
