Captcha input canceled.

I keep getting a "Captcha input canceled" message which is slowing my down a lot. I disabled my 3rd party captcha service and unchecked "skip hard to solve captchas" because i want to manually input captchas in certain projects.

- In global options->captcha; make sure the "Finally ask user..." is checked

- In project options make sure the label actually reads something like ".../user" and not only "Ask 1st service...".
