Tier 1 Links - Multiple Pages

I have an authority site, and I need to get 15 pages ranked, to start. I am using SER Engines. I am concerned about duplicating web 2.0s on multiple pages. If all of my pages have links from different posts on the same Web 2.0s, is that a red flag? I would be duplicating the same 35 odd domains to all of my target pages.
