Why is forum password/username appearing

Even when I haven't ticked this option? Is it a bug?

    Sorry, it is within Project under Edit. I have ticked SN, web 2.0, SEREngines and Articles only.  It is asking me for the Forum username and Forum password, which I can leave blank with no problems (no warnings) just wondered why it was there

    Move the mouse over the help button to see what engine uses it.
