Should I use public proxies for scraping and private for submission?

It was a technique that I learnt when I was learning Scrapebox. So does it apply to GSA? 

Public for searching is not that good, at least not when using google along because google is blocked on almost any public proxy.

You could also feed GSA with sites scraped in SB. I'm keeping it well fed, just gave it a 10k blog list breakfast  \:D/

Just use the foot prints from GSA right? 

that plus custom keywords and custom searches, like theme footprints, and custom wording footprints... like "Add a Comment" vs "Leave a comment" + URL/website e-mail/email/mail 

Theme footprints, other language footprints, mix and match... I'm new to scraping too, so I'm just being creative and following some tips.
