Submitting article with a hard coded random picture from own HDD - disable picture submission to all wiki sites either as default of option to choose.
none of the known wiki show any picture
mostly the picture is simply skipped and an additional empty line or 2 added instead of image
however
some wiki sites include the full base64 code of the random picture
that is a long piece of ugly and dangerous (to readers) looking weird text
hence a feature to always exclude submission of random pics to all wiki might be helpful
