Can't find a new project I created

Here's my dilemma. I spent the time to create a new project and when I was finished it didn't show up on my project screen.

So I started to set up another project to replace the one that disappeared.

In the Data section of the settings I checked the "Use verified URLs of another project [ect....]". Once I did this, the "Choose Projects" pop up appeared and there it was...my project that I thought was unsaved. 

So it shows up in the "Choose Projects" pop up, but not on the main "Project" screen.

How do I get the project that I can't find onto the main "Project" screen so I can turn it on and make it active???
