Third party captcha solving not working

I'm have Expert Decoders for third part captchas setup in SER. SER is saying it's sending captchas to them but, when I test I get an error that says: unable to get balance. Also when I log into my account there, I don't see anything in the log for captchas SER sent to them.

Not sure if this is a problem with ED, or SER.

    I guess it was a problem with the ED site and allowing the API calls or something, I can test and receive my balance now.
