what SER tier is it ok to blast with Xrumer?

    Any tier is fine.It's all about how you set it up. Me personally, I only use contextual links for Tier 1 on sites PR1+. Below that I throw the kitchen sink. Big domains like wordpress, blogger, etc, are good for Tier 1 and can absorb very large volumes of links as long you use create some natural looking diversity.
